Special arrangement for handicapped parking

The Arkansas City commission has decided to make special handicap parking arrangements on First street and behind Brown's office supply store. People with valid handicapped parking stickers or passes will be allowed through the barricades and be able to park behind Brown's.

The Senior Center parking lot will also be available for handicapped parking.
