Todd Lowrie fights off the cold as he walks across Summit Street this morning. The temperature was up to 22, but not expected to get a lot higher today.

According to the National Weather Service, the high today should be just below 30. Tomorrow's high is expected to be in the low 40s with a low overnight in the 20s.
