Twenty-four ACHS seniors were chosen as candidates for Winter Homecoming King and Queen. After student body voting was completed earlier this week, three boys and three girts were chosen as finalists.

The crowning of the king and queen will take place during the halftime ceremonies of the Ark City/Salina Central basketball game, Friday.

Pictured are, in front from left, Ali Nittler, Chelsea Befort, Reva Sams, Micah Hutchinson, Sarah Marten, Jordan Pool, Heather Pool, Natalie Stinson, Abby Quick, Sarah Pankaskie, Paige Bower and Mary Govert. In back from left, Joseph Jett, Jeff Aldridge, Ian Sutton, Jordan Fields, Bert Hutson, Kyle Pike, Clint Neal, Mitch Wright, Cameron Rijos, Levi Jividen, Cole Broyles and Robert Duren.

During homecoming week, students dress with a different theme each day.

Below: Wednesday was Hillbilly Day and students Chelsea Weathers, Kyrsten Secrest, Jessica Coldwell, Brenda Mapel and Addy Spielman showed their school spirit. There was no school today due to snowy weather. Friday is Purple and Gold Day.
