Three juveniles charged with arson

From STAFF REPORTS

Officers of the Arkansas City Police Department received a report of high school students skipping school and that they were located behind the school smoking.

Upon arrival, officers found three juvenile males age 16 and one 15-year-old. The juveniles immediately took off running away from the officers. Officers caught these individuals behind the Ark City Clinic in a field and took them into custody.

As they were talking to the individuals in custody, officers saw smoke just to the north of where they had arrested the juveniles.

When officers investigated the smoke, they found that an abandoned trailer house had burned to the ground. When they questioned the juveniles about this trailer house, they confessed to setting it on fire while they were skipping school.

All three juveniles were charged with arson, abstract legal process or official duty, tobacco violations, criminal trespass and truancy.

They were all three released to their parents.

Second Amendment
Does the Second Amendment guarantee an individual's right to own a gun, as the Supreme Court recently ruled?

Yes, that was the intent of the founding fathers.
No, the founders were only talking about militias.
It's still unclear.
