Cold weather and a new location did not deter more than 200 children from finding Easter Eggs Saturday in Arkansas City. More than 6,500 eggs were "hidden" Saturday afternoon at Ben Givens Center City Park.

Egss were also hidden around City Hall and other nearby buildings for the annual easter egg hunt, which was previously held at Medicalodge North.

Just about every child had a full basket of eggs. Inside each egg was candy and coupons that were redeemable at area businesses.

Several eggs held "Grand Prize" certificates for furry Easter Bunnies.
