Spring is in the air

Spring has arrived in Arkansas City. Richard Lowery and his 9-year-old Lab Sable walk on the trail at Poplar Avenue. They walk about a mile every day.

Below is a tulip tree that is in full bloom at the corner of North Seventh and Vine Streets.
