Marrisa McKinley of Cedar Vale Elementary puts on a life vest at a safe-kids station in a safety drill relay, and , Chandra Edwards of C-4 Elementary School in Arkansas City, participates in hoop line drills as part of a relay event. About 300 students, all third graders, came from around the area to participate in the activities.
