The American Legion-sponsored Black Diamonds of Ark City advance to the upcoming State AAA Tournament in Pittsburg after defeating Zone 4 opponent Coffeyville on Friday, 18 -6.

Coach Aaron Bucher: "With the successes that we've had we feel confident about the situation and it's time to get ready to compete. Regardless of what our record is, the kids have worked hard and they're going to see the rewards for it."
